In a large pot or Dutch oven, brown the Trader Joe's Organic Ground Beef 85/15 over medium-high heat, breaking it up with a spoon. Drain any excess fat.

Add the diced yellow onion and red bell pepper to the pot. Sauté for 5-7 minutes, until softened.

Stir in the minced garlic, chili powder, ground cumin, and smoked paprika. Cook for 1 minute more, until fragrant.

Add the Trader Joe's Organic Diced & Fire Roasted Tomatoes with Green Chiles (undrained), rinsed and drained Trader Joe's Black Beans, tomato paste, and beef broth to the pot. Stir to combine.

Bring the chili to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and cook for at least 30 minutes, stirring occasionally, to allow the flavors to meld. For a richer flavor, you can simmer longer.

In a small bowl, whisk together the masa harina with 2 tablespoons of water to form a slurry. Stir this into the chili to thicken it slightly.
