Take the 3 cooked chicken breasts and chop them into smaller pieces. Transfer the chopped chicken to a large metal mixing bowl. Use a hand mixer to finely shred the chicken until it reaches a desired consistency.

Dice 2 stalks of celery. Dice 1/4 of a red onion. Chop 3-4 green onions. Finely chop 1 tablespoon of fresh dill.

Add the diced celery, diced red onion, chopped green onions, and chopped fresh dill to the bowl with the shredded chicken.

Squeeze the juice of 1 lemon directly into the bowl. Add 1 cup of mayonnaise to the mixture (more can be added later if a creamier consistency is desired). Add 1/3 cup of sour cream. Sprinkle in 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 3/4 teaspoon of salt, and 3/4 teaspoon of pepper.

Use a hand mixer to thoroughly combine all the ingredients in the bowl until the chicken, vegetables, and dressing are evenly distributed and well mixed.

If desired, incorporate the quartered grapes into the chicken salad. Mix gently to combine.
