Melt the butter in a large frying pan or skillet over medium heat.

Add the shrimp to the melted butter. Season with dried herbs, salt, and black pepper.

Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes per side, or until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the cooked shrimp from the pan and set aside.

Add the sliced onion to the same pan, using the remaining butter and shrimp juices. Sauté the onion for 3-5 minutes, or until softened and translucent.

Pour the entire Buldak Rosé flavor liquid sauce packet over the sautéed onions. Stir to combine.

Pour the heavy cream into the pan with the onions and sauce. Stir well to combine.

Add the dry Buldak ramen noodles to the pan. Pour the water over the noodles.

Bring the mixture to a simmer over medium-high heat. Cook, stirring occasionally to separate the noodles, until the noodles are softened and the sauce begins to thicken, about 5-7 minutes.

Sprinkle the entire Buldak Rosé flavor powder packet over the noodles and sauce. Stir thoroughly to incorporate.

Return the cooked shrimp to the pan. Stir all ingredients together until well combined and heated through.

Serve immediately, garnished with dried parsley and sesame seeds, if desired.
