In a large bowl, combine ground pork, finely diced kielbasa, Panko breadcrumbs, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix gently until just combined, being careful not to overmix.

Roll the mixture into 1-inch meatballs. You should get approximately 24-30 meatballs.

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Brown the meatballs on all sides until they have a nice crust. They don't need to be cooked through at this stage.

Transfer the browned meatballs to a 4-quart slow cooker.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic for the teriyaki glaze.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together cornstarch and water to create a slurry. Add the cornstarch slurry to the teriyaki glaze mixture and whisk until smooth.

Pour the teriyaki glaze over the meatballs in the slow cooker. Stir gently to ensure all meatballs are coated.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 2 hours, or on high for 1 hour, until the meatballs are cooked through and the sauce has thickened.

Serve the Teriyaki Glazed Kielbasa Meatball Bites hot, garnished with sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
