Prepare the chicken breasts by placing them on a cutting board. Season both sides generously with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, Italian seasoning, chili powder, Kinder Bold Chicken Seasoning, and Slap Ya Mama seasoning. Rub the seasonings evenly into the chicken.

Set up three dredging stations. In the first shallow bowl, place the 1 cup of all-purpose flour. In the second shallow bowl, whisk together the 2 eggs, 2 to 3 tablespoons of heavy cream, and 1 to 2 tablespoons of pickle juice to create the wet mixture. In the third shallow bowl, combine the 1 1/2 cups of panko breadcrumbs and 2 to 3 tablespoons of grated Parmesan cheese for the coating.

Dredge each seasoned chicken breast first in the flour, ensuring it's fully coated, then shake off any excess. Next, dip the floured chicken into the wet egg mixture, letting any excess drip off. Finally, coat the chicken thoroughly in the panko and Parmesan mixture, pressing gently to adhere.

Heat about 2 cups of oil for frying in a large pan over medium-high heat until it reaches about 350°F (175°C). Carefully place the coated chicken breasts into the hot oil. Fry for 4-6 minutes per side, or until the chicken is golden brown, crispy, and cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F / 74°C). Once cooked, remove the chicken and place it on a wire rack to drain excess oil.

While the chicken fries, prepare the garlic butter. In a small bowl, combine the 2 tablespoons of melted butter, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of chopped fresh parsley, and 1 tablespoon of extra grated Parmesan cheese. Mix well.

Slice the 4 large croissants horizontally, but not all the way through, to create a pocket. Brush the inside and outside of the croissants generously with the garlic butter. Place the buttered croissants in an air fryer at 350°F (175°C) and toast for 3-5 minutes, or until golden and fragrant. Alternatively, toast in a conventional oven.

Prepare the homemade Caesar dressing. In a bowl, combine the 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 minced garlic clove, 1 tablespoon of Dijon mustard, 1 tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce, the juice of 1 lemon, 1/3 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, and salt and black pepper to taste. Whisk all ingredients until the dressing is smooth and creamy.

Assemble the Caesar salad. In a large bowl, combine the 6 cups of chopped romaine lettuce, 1 cup of croutons, and 1/4 cup of extra grated Parmesan cheese. Pour the homemade Caesar dressing over the salad mixture. Toss the salad until all ingredients are well coated with the dressing.

Assemble the croissant sandwich. Take a toasted garlic butter croissant. Place a generous amount of the prepared Caesar salad inside the croissant. Cut a crispy chicken breast in half and place the halves on top of the salad inside the croissant. Serve immediately.
