Place the pork chops in a single layer at the bottom of your slow cooker.

Sprinkle the ranch seasoning evenly over the pork chops.

Spread the condensed cream of chicken soup over the top of the pork chops. There is no need to add water.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on LOW for 4–5 hours for the most tender result, or on HIGH for 2.5–3 hours. The pork should be fork-tender and cooked to an internal temperature of 145°F (63°C).

Spoon the creamy sauce from the slow cooker over the pork chops before serving.
