Preheat your oven or air fryer to 400°F (200°C). Wrap several garlic cloves (enough to yield 1 tablespoon of roasted garlic) in aluminum foil. Roast for 30 minutes, or until the cloves are soft to the touch. Once cooled, mash the roasted garlic.

In a large bowl, combine the whole chicken wings with seasoned salt, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and Kickin chicken seasoning. Use your hands to thoroughly mix and ensure all wings are evenly coated with the seasonings.

Preheat your grill to a medium-high heat, aiming for a temperature between 350°F and 375°F (175°C - 190°C).

Place the seasoned chicken wings directly on the preheated grill. Grill the wings, turning them every 5-7 minutes, until they are nicely browned and cooked through, reaching an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C). This will take approximately 20-25 minutes.

While the wings are grilling, prepare the glaze. In a medium saucepan, combine the roasted garlic, pineapple juice, water, teriyaki sauce, soy sauce, dark brown sugar, lemon juice, minced white onion, bourbon whiskey, crushed pineapple, and cayenne pepper.

Bring the sauce mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, stirring occasionally. Once boiling, reduce the heat to low and let it simmer for 10-15 minutes, or until the sauce thickens to a glaze consistency.

Once the wings are cooked through and the glaze has thickened, generously brush the glaze over the grilled chicken wings on both sides. Continue to grill the glazed wings for another 5 minutes, flipping them occasionally, until they are thoroughly coated and the glaze has caramelized slightly.

Remove the Bourbon Glazed Grilled Chicken Wings from the grill. Garnish with chopped green onions and sesame seeds, if desired, and serve immediately.
