Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

In a 9x13 inch baking pan, pour in the full-fat coconut milk. Add the red curry paste, minced garlic, ginger paste, and teriyaki marinade and sauce. Whisk all ingredients together with a spoon until well combined and the mixture has a light orange/beige color.

Season the liquid mixture with black pepper and scatter the roughly chopped cilantro leaves into the pan, stirring gently to combine.

Arrange the frozen dumplings in a single layer on top of the liquid mixture in the pan. Ensure they are not overlapping too much.

Sprinkle the sesame seeds evenly over the arranged dumplings, then drizzle the sesame oil over them.

Bake in the preheated oven for 35-40 minutes, or until the dumplings are cooked through, golden brown in spots, and the sauce has thickened and is bubbling.

Once baked, carefully remove the pan from the oven. Spoon the crunchy chili garlic over the cooked dumplings. Sprinkle with sliced green onions and additional chopped cilantro, if desired. Serve hot with lime wedges on the side for squeezing.
