Prepare the green beans by snapping off the ends and removing any bad ones. Clean them thoroughly with 2 to 3 tablespoons of white vinegar.

Place a large pot over medium-high heat. Add the diced bacon and cook until crispy. Remove the crispy bacon with a slotted spoon, leaving the rendered bacon grease in the pot. Set the bacon aside.

Add the diced onion and minced garlic to the bacon grease in the pot. Cook until softened, about 5 minutes.

Stir in the all-purpose flour with the onions and garlic to create a roux. Deglaze the pot by pouring in the chicken broth, stirring constantly to prevent lumps.

Add the smoked turkey wing or drumstick to the liquid in the pot. Bring the mixture to a rolling boil.

Once boiling, add the cleaned green beans to the pot and stir them in.

Stir in the can of Campbell’s Golden Mushroom Soup.

Season with 1 to 2 teaspoons of onion powder, 1 to 2 teaspoons of garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Mrs. Dash Original. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Cover the pot and reduce the heat to medium-low. Simmer until the smoked turkey is fully tender and the meat is falling off the bone, about 60-90 minutes.

Remove the turkey wing or drumstick from the pot. Add the peeled and cubed potatoes to the pot. Return the reserved crispy bacon to the pot and stir everything together. Continue to cook until potatoes are tender, about 15-20 minutes.
