In a large pot or Dutch oven, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the finely diced shallots and sauté for 5-7 minutes, or until softened and translucent.

Add the 6 sticks of unsalted butter to the pot with the shallots. Melt the butter completely, stirring occasionally.

Once the butter is melted, stir in the minced garlic. Cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, being careful not to brown the garlic.

Pour in the fresh orange juice and fresh lime juice. Stir well to combine.

Add the paprika, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, black pepper, dry mustard, and Zatarain's Concentrated Shrimp & Crab Boil to the pot. Stir thoroughly to incorporate all the spices.

Bring the garlic butter sauce to a gentle boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld and the sauce to thicken slightly. Taste and adjust seasonings if desired.

Preheat your oven to 450°F. Arrange the pre-cooked, sectioned Dungeness crab clusters in a large baking pan or roasting pan.

Pour approximately half of the prepared garlic butter sauce evenly over the crab clusters in the baking pan. Wearing gloves, thoroughly toss the crab by hand to ensure every cluster is coated with the rich sauce.

Cover the baking pan tightly with aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Carefully remove the pan from the oven. Uncover and pour the remaining garlic butter sauce over the hot, baked crab. Serve immediately and enjoy the infused, aromatic crab.
