Place the boneless, skinless chicken breasts in the bottom of a 6-quart (or larger) slow cooker.

Sprinkle both the McCormick Cream of Chicken gravy mix and the brown gravy mix packets evenly over the chicken.

Pour the chicken stock over the chicken and gravy mixes. Season with salt and freshly ground black pepper.

Cover the slow cooker and cook on low for 4 hours, or until the chicken is tender and easily shredded.

Once cooked, use two forks to shred the chicken directly in the slow cooker. Stir the shredded chicken into the gravy until well combined and heated through.

Serve the Slow Cooker Chicken and Gravy hot, ideally over mashed potatoes or rice.
