Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a small baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone mat.

Carefully unwrap the round of Brie cheese. You can leave the rind on; it's edible and helps hold the cheese together as it bakes. Place the Brie on the prepared baking sheet.

Spread the fig jam evenly over the top of the Brie cheese. Sprinkle the chopped walnuts and finely chopped fresh rosemary over the jam.

Bake in the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the Brie is softened and gooey in the center. The top should be slightly bubbly and the walnuts lightly toasted.

Carefully transfer the baked Brie to a serving platter. Drizzle with honey immediately.

Serve warm with sliced baguette, assorted crackers, and fresh apple slices for dipping.
