Take the 2 chicken breast pieces and make several cuts into each piece to allow the marinade to penetrate.

In a bowl, combine the chicken breasts with ginger garlic paste, salt, black pepper, red chilli flakes, white pepper, garlic granules, dark soy sauce, white vinegar, and oil. Mix thoroughly, ensuring the chicken is well coated with all the ingredients.

Marinate the chicken for at least 1 hour at room temperature, or for best results, marinate overnight in the refrigerator.

Preheat your air fryer to 180°C (350°F). Line the air fryer basket with parchment paper.

Place the marinated chicken breasts on the parchment paper in the air fryer basket. Sprinkle some dried herbs over the chicken.

Air fry the chicken at 180°C (350°F) for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, carefully open the air fryer and flip the chicken breasts.

Continue to air fry for another 6-7 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and reaches an internal temperature of 74°C (165°F).

Remove the cooked chicken breasts from the air fryer. Let them rest for a few minutes before slicing on a cutting board to reveal a tender and juicy interior.
