Bring a large pot of salted water to a rolling boil. Add the Trader Joe's Organic Spaghetti and cook according to package directions until al dente. Reserve 1 cup of pasta water before draining.

While the pasta cooks, prepare the sauce. Heat Trader Joe's Organic Olive Oil in a large skillet or Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the diced yellow onion and cook until softened and translucent, about 5-7 minutes.

Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes (if using) to the skillet and cook for another minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn the garlic.

Pour in the Trader Joe's San Marzano Peeled Tomatoes, Trader Joe's Vegetable Broth, salt, and black pepper. Bring the sauce to a simmer, then reduce heat to low, cover, and let it cook for 10-15 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

Stir in the Trader Joe's Heavy Cream and chopped fresh basil into the tomato sauce. Continue to simmer for another 2-3 minutes, until the sauce is heated through and slightly thickened.

Add the cooked and drained spaghetti directly to the sauce. Toss to coat the pasta evenly. If the sauce is too thick, add a splash of the reserved pasta water until it reaches your desired consistency.

Gently tear the Trader Joe's Burrata Cheese into pieces and nestle them into the pasta. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately, garnished with extra fresh basil and a crack of black pepper.
