Peel and cube the 2 large mangoes.

Place the mango cubes into a blender and blend until a smooth puree is formed.

In a separate bowl, use an electric mixer to whip 2 cups of whipping cream until stiff peaks form.

Gently fold 1 cup of condensed milk and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract into the whipped cream using a spatula.

Add the prepared mango puree to the mixture and continue to mix gently until all ingredients are well combined.

Pour the entire mixture into a freezer-safe container.

Cover the container and place it in the freezer for at least 6 hours, or until the ice cream is solid.
