Place the 2 packs of milanesa meat into a large mixing bowl.

Add the 2 packets of SazĂłn Goya con cilantro y achiote over the meat.

Shake a generous amount of Chef MĂŠrito carne asada seasoning over the meat.

Shake a generous amount of Badia SazĂłn Completa over the meat.

Shake a generous amount of Badia Lime Pepper over the meat.

Add the sliced half onion and the chopped cilantro to the bowl.

Squeeze the juice from the 2 limes and the 1 orange over the ingredients.

Pour about 1/4 cup of Modelo Especial beer into the bowl.

Drizzle olive oil over all the ingredients.

Wearing a glove, thoroughly mix all the ingredients by hand until well combined and the meat is evenly coated.

Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for about 6 hours to marinate.

Once marinated, heat a large skillet or grill pan over medium-high heat. Cook the carne asada in batches until browned and cooked through, about 3-5 minutes per side, depending on thickness. You may need to cut the milanesa meat into smaller pieces for easier cooking and serving in tacos.

Once cooked, chop the carne asada into bite-sized pieces.

Serve the carne asada in warm corn tortillas with your favorite toppings like diced onion, chopped cilantro, and salsa.
