Pat the pork tenderloin dry thoroughly with paper towels. This helps create a nice crust.

In a small bowl, combine the kosher salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and dried Italian herbs. Mix well.

Generously season the pork tenderloin all over with the prepared spice rub. Use your hands to rub the seasoning evenly into the meat.

Place the seasoned pork tenderloin into the air fryer basket. Ensure there's enough space for air to circulate around it.

Air fry at 375°F for 15 minutes. If your air fryer has a preheat function, preheat it to 375°F first.

After approximately 7-8 minutes of cooking, carefully open the air fryer and flip the pork tenderloin to ensure even cooking and browning.

Continue air frying for the remaining time. Check the internal temperature with a meat thermometer. The target internal temperature for pork is 145°F. If it hasn't reached 145°F, continue cooking in 2-3 minute increments until it does.

Once the pork tenderloin reaches 145°F, carefully remove it from the air fryer and place it on a cutting board. Tent it loosely with foil and let it rest for 5 minutes. This allows the juices to redistribute, resulting in a more tender and flavorful pork.

Slice the rested pork tenderloin into 1/2-inch thick medallions and serve immediately.
