Preheat your oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Take the head of cauliflower and place it stem-down on a cutting board. Carefully cut off the very bottom of the stem.
Carefully slice the cauliflower into thick "steaks", aiming for approximately 4 slices from the head.

Arrange the cauliflower steaks on the prepared baking sheet.

Drizzle olive oil generously over the top of the cauliflower steaks. Sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika over the seasoned side.

Flip the cauliflower steaks over to the unseasoned side. Drizzle olive oil and sprinkle salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and paprika on this second side, ensuring both sides are well-seasoned.

Place the baking sheet into the preheated oven and bake for 25-30 minutes, or until golden brown and tender.

While the cauliflower is baking, prepare the sauce. Place a small saucepan on a stove over medium heat.

Add 2 tablespoons of butter to the saucepan and allow it to melt.

Add minced garlic to the melted butter and sauté briefly, about 30 seconds, until fragrant.

Pour in 1/2 cup of vegetable broth. Add lemon juice to taste.

Stir in some fresh chopped parsley and continue to stir the sauce to combine all ingredients. Remove from heat.

Once the cauliflower steaks are baked to a golden brown color and are tender, remove them from the oven.

Carefully transfer the baked cauliflower steaks into a serving dish or baking dish.

Pour the prepared sauce evenly over the cauliflower steaks in the dish. Garnish with additional fresh chopped parsley before serving.
