In a large bowl, combine the chopped fresh parsley, cilantro, chives, dried fenugreek leaves, dried Persian lime powder, minced garlic, grated yellow onion, olive oil, ground turmeric, kosher salt, and black pepper. Mix well to create the marinade.

Add the cubed chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring all pieces are thoroughly coated. Cover the bowl and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 4 hours, to allow the flavors to meld.

If using wooden skewers, soak them in water for at least 30 minutes to prevent burning on the grill. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat (approximately 400°F to 450°F).

Thread the marinated chicken, broccolini pieces, and red onion wedges alternately onto the skewers. Aim for 4-5 pieces of chicken per skewer, distributing the vegetables evenly.

Lightly oil the grill grates. Place the skewers on the preheated grill. Cook for 10-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through (internal temperature of 165°F) and the broccolini is tender-crisp with nice char marks.

Remove the skewers from the grill and let them rest for a few minutes. Garnish with fresh chopped parsley and serve immediately with fresh lime wedges.
