Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with melted butter.

Arrange the cubed Trader Joe's Challah Braided Egg Bread evenly in the prepared baking dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, heavy cream, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and granulated sugar until well combined.
Pour the egg mixture evenly over the bread cubes, making sure all the bread is soaked. Gently press down on the bread to ensure it absorbs the liquid.

Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the bread to fully absorb the custard.

The next morning, preheat your oven to 375°F.

Remove the baking dish from the refrigerator and uncover. Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the French toast is golden brown and set in the center.

While the French toast bakes, prepare the cream cheese glaze. In a medium bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract, mixing until the glaze is smooth and pourable.

Once baked, remove the French toast from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes.

Drizzle the cream cheese glaze over the warm French toast bake. Serve immediately with Trader Joe's Organic Maple Syrup and fresh mixed berries.
