Slice the 200g pork into thin, bite-sized pieces.

In a bowl, add the sliced pork. To marinate, add 1 tablespoon cooking wine, 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, and 1 teaspoon starch. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined. Let the pork marinate for 10 minutes.

Cut 1 onion into large, uniform pieces.

Slice 2 cloves of garlic.

In a separate small bowl, prepare the sauce by combining 1 tablespoon light soy sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon sugar, 1 teaspoon chicken powder, 1 teaspoon starch, and half bowl water. Mix well until all ingredients are dissolved.

Heat oil in a wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry until it is cooked through and lightly browned. Remove the cooked pork from the wok and set aside.

In the same wok with residual oil, add the sliced garlic and stir-fry until fragrant.

Add the onion pieces to the wok and stir-fry until they become slightly softened and translucent.

Return the cooked pork to the wok with the garlic and onions.

Pour the prepared sauce over all the ingredients in the wok.

Stir-fry constantly for a few minutes until the sauce thickens and evenly coats the pork and onions.

Transfer the stir-fried onion with meat to a serving plate. Serve hot.
