Microwave Mug Dot Cake
Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 tablespoon sprinkles, plus more for garnish
- 1 ounce white chocolate, melted

Add the vegetable oil, milk, and granulated sugar into a microwave-safe mug.

Mix the oil, milk, and sugar thoroughly with a spoon until well combined and the sugar is mostly dissolved.

Add the all-purpose flour and baking powder to the mug with the wet ingredients.

Mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until a smooth batter is formed. Be careful not to overmix.
