Prepare the pomegranate syrup: Extract the juice from 1 pomegranate. In a small bowl, combine the pomegranate juice with 2 teaspoons of honey and mix well until the honey is fully dissolved. This batch of syrup will yield enough for 3 lattes. Set aside.

For each latte, combine 1 cup of oat milk, 2 1/2 scoops of collagen peptides, and 1 teaspoon of euphoria powder (or cacao powder) in a blender or use a latte foamer. If desired, add 1 teaspoon of honey for extra sweetness. Blend or foam until the mixture is thoroughly combined and frothy.

Fill a serving cup with ice.

Pour 2 tablespoons of the prepared pomegranate syrup into the bottom of the ice-filled cup.

Carefully pour the frothed milk mixture over the pomegranate syrup, layering the two components.

Optionally, top the latte with a dollop of whipped cream and a sprinkle of fresh pomegranate seeds.
