Preheat oven to 400°F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Remove the Trader Joe's Fully Cooked Pork Belly from its packaging and slice it into 1/2-inch thick pieces.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the Trader Joe's Hoisin Sauce, Trader Joe's Spicy Honey Sauce, grated fresh ginger, and minced garlic to create the glaze.

Arrange the pork belly slices on the prepared baking sheet. Brush generously with about half of the hoisin glaze.

Bake for 15 minutes. Flip the pork belly, brush with the remaining glaze, and bake for another 10 minutes, or until caramelized and slightly crispy.

While the pork belly is baking, prepare the slaw. In a large bowl, combine the Trader Joe's Organic Coleslaw Mix. In a small bowl, whisk together the Trader Joe's Rice Vinegar, sesame oil, and Trader Joe's Spicy Honey Sauce for the dressing.

Pour the dressing over the coleslaw mix and toss to combine. Let sit for a few minutes to allow the flavors to meld.

Once the pork belly is done, remove from the oven. Serve the warm hoisin pork belly over a bed of crunchy slaw. Garnish with sliced green onions and sesame seeds.
