Cook the rotini pasta according to package directions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water to cool, then set aside.

In a large mixing bowl, combine the cooked rotini pasta, imitation crab meat, diced red onion, diced celery, diced green bell pepper, diced red bell pepper, and chopped boiled eggs.

In a separate small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, sour cream, sweet relish, creole mustard, honey, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, black pepper, and dill weed. Taste and add salt as needed.

Pour the prepared dressing over the pasta and vegetable mixture in the large mixing bowl. Add the optional fresh chopped parsley, if using.

Thoroughly mix all ingredients together until well combined and the pasta and other ingredients are evenly coated with the dressing.

Serve the crab pasta salad immediately, or chill for at least 30 minutes for flavors to meld. Optionally, serve in small individual clear containers.
