Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). Arrange the sliced baguette pieces in a single layer on a baking sheet. Lightly brush each side of the baguette slices with olive oil.

Toast the baguette slices in the preheated oven for 8-10 minutes, or until they are golden brown and crisp. Keep a close eye on them to prevent burning. Once toasted, remove from the oven and set aside to cool slightly.

While the baguette is toasting, prepare the tomato mixture. In a medium bowl, combine the chopped tomatoes, minced garlic, chopped fresh basil, 2 tablespoons of olive oil, and 1/2 teaspoon of Morton Coarse Sea Salt. Stir gently to combine all ingredients.

To assemble the bruschetta, take each toasted baguette slice and place a small dollop (about 1 tablespoon) of burrata cheese on top. Gently spread it slightly.

Spoon a generous amount of the prepared tomato mixture over the burrata cheese on each baguette slice.

Finish by sprinkling a pinch of additional Morton Coarse Sea Salt over the tomato topping on each bruschetta. Drizzle each piece with balsamic glaze just before serving.
