Cut the chicken breasts into bite-sized pieces.

In a medium bowl, combine the cut chicken pieces with olive oil, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, a pinch of salt, and a pinch of pepper. Mix thoroughly until the chicken is evenly coated.

Place the seasoned chicken in an air fryer basket. Air fry at 400°F for approximately 15 minutes, or until cooked through and lightly browned.

While the chicken is air frying, prepare the orange sauce. In a separate bowl, whisk together the orange juice, honey, soy sauce, sriracha, and cornstarch slurry until well combined and the sauce begins to thicken slightly.

Once the chicken is cooked, remove it from the air fryer and add it directly to the bowl with the prepared orange sauce. Toss the chicken and sauce together until all the chicken pieces are evenly coated.

Serve the orange chicken immediately, garnished with sesame seeds and chopped green onions. It pairs well with rice and steamed broccoli.
