Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the Trader Joe's Beef-less Ground Beef and cook, breaking it apart with a spatula, until browned and heated through, about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add the frozen Trader Joe's Roasted Potatoes with Peppers & Onions to the skillet with the browned "beef". Continue to cook, stirring occasionally, until the potatoes are heated through and slightly tender, about 5 to 8 minutes.

Pour the entire jar of Trader Joe's Thai Peanut Satay Sauce into the skillet. Stir well to coat the "beef" and potatoes evenly. Heat for 1 to 2 minutes, allowing the sauce to warm through and thicken slightly.

Lay out one piece of Trader Joe's Old Fashioned Lavash Bread on a clean surface. Spread 1 heaping tablespoon of Trader Joe's Garlic Spread Dip evenly over the entire surface of the lavash.

Spoon about 1/4 of the warm satay-flavored "beef" and potato mixture onto the lavash, slightly off-center. Top with a handful (about 1/4 cup) of Trader Joe's Organic Microgreens. Carefully fold the lavash into a tight wrap, tucking in the sides as you roll.

Place the assembled wrap seam-side down in a clean, dry skillet over medium heat. Cook for 2 to 3 minutes per side, or until golden brown and slightly crispy, to seal the wrap and add texture. Repeat for the remaining wraps.
