Carefully peel the skin from the lemon and cut it into several large chunks. Place the lemon chunks into a clear mixing bowl.

Carefully peel the skin from the two oranges and cut them into several large chunks. Add the orange chunks to the bowl with the lemon.

Take a piece of fresh ginger, peel it if desired, and cut it into several smaller chunks. Add the ginger to the bowl.

Remove approximately 4 carrots from the bag. Place them on a cutting board and cut them into smaller, manageable rounds or chunks. Add the cut carrots to the bowl with the other ingredients.

Open the carton of coconut water and pour approximately 600 ml into the blender cup with the fruits and vegetables.

Securely attach the blade assembly and lid to the blender cup. Place the blender cup onto the blender base and blend the mixture until it becomes a smooth, consistent liquid.

Place a nut milk bag (or similar fine-mesh straining cloth) over a large, clean bowl. Pour the blended mixture into the nut milk bag.

Gently squeeze the nut milk bag to extract the juice, separating it from the pulp. Continue squeezing until all liquid is extracted.

Using a funnel, pour the strained juice into small individual glass bottles for storage. Cap each bottle securely. The drink is now ready to be consumed.
