Cozy Candied Nuts
Ingredients
- 3 cups nuts, such as pecans, almonds, cashews, or pistachios
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon, or to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon salt, or to taste
- 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

Prepare a large baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper. Set aside.

In a large frying pan or skillet, combine the nuts, granulated sugar, water, ground cinnamon, salt, and pure vanilla extract.
