Lay the flour tortillas flat on a clean working surface.

Using a pastry brush, spread 2 tablespoons of melted butter evenly over one side of each tortilla.

In a small bowl, combine the brown sugar and cinnamon. Mix well until fully incorporated.

Sprinkle the brown sugar and cinnamon mixture evenly over the buttered side of each tortilla.

Starting from one edge, tightly roll each tortilla into a log, like a wrap.

Brush the outside of the rolled tortillas with a little more melted butter, if desired, to help with browning.

Using a sharp knife, slice each rolled tortilla into small, 1-inch thick rolls.

Arrange the sliced rolls in a single layer in an air fryer basket or a non-stick pan.

If using an air fryer, cook at 375°F for 4 to 6 minutes, or until crispy and golden brown. If using a pan, cook over medium heat with a small amount of butter, turning occasionally, until golden brown and crispy on all sides.

While the rolls are cooking, prepare the optional glaze: In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla extract until smooth. Add more milk a drop at a time if the glaze is too thick.

Transfer the cooked cinnamon sugar tortilla rolls to a serving dish. Drizzle with the prepared glaze or a cream cheese glaze, if desired, and serve warm.
