Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line an 8x8 inch baking pan with parchment paper, leaving an overhang on the sides.

In a medium bowl, whisk together the all-purpose flour, unsweetened cocoa powder, granulated sugar, light brown sugar, and salt for the brownie pieces.

Add the melted unsalted butter, large egg, and vanilla extract to the dry ingredients. Mix until just combined and no dry streaks remain. Do not overmix.

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared baking pan and spread evenly.

Bake for 20-25 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs. Do not overbake. Let the brownies cool completely in the pan on a wire rack.

Once cooled, cut the brownies into small, bite-sized pieces (about 1/2 inch cubes). Set aside.

To make the Kahlua fudge sauce, combine the heavy cream, granulated sugar, unsweetened cocoa powder, and salt in a small saucepan over medium heat. Whisk constantly until the sugar dissolves and the mixture comes to a gentle simmer.

Reduce heat to low and continue to simmer, whisking occasionally, for 5-7 minutes, until the sauce thickens slightly. Remove from heat and stir in the Kahlua and vanilla extract.

Pour the fudge sauce into a heatproof jar or bowl and let it cool completely to room temperature. It will thicken further as it cools.

To make the no-churn espresso ice cream, in a large bowl, using an electric mixer with the whisk attachment, beat the cold heavy cream on medium-high speed until stiff peaks form.

In a separate medium bowl, whisk together the sweetened condensed milk, cooled dissolved espresso powder, vodka, and Kahlua until well combined.

Gently fold about one-third of the whipped cream into the espresso mixture to lighten it. Then, fold in the remaining whipped cream until no streaks remain, being careful not to deflate the mixture.

Pour half of the ice cream mixture into a 9x5 inch loaf pan or a freezer-safe container. Drizzle with about one-third of the cooled Kahlua fudge sauce and scatter with about one-third of the brownie pieces.

Repeat with the remaining ice cream mixture, fudge sauce, and brownie pieces, creating layers. Use a knife or skewer to gently swirl the fudge sauce through the ice cream.

Cover the loaf pan tightly with plastic wrap or a lid. Freeze for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight, until firm.

Before serving, let the ice cream sit at room temperature for a few minutes to soften slightly for easier scooping. Serve with extra Kahlua fudge sauce, if desired.
