Open the individual containers of Greek-style yogurt. For each serving, break 5 Biscoff cookies into smaller pieces and press them directly into the yogurt, standing them upright.

Place the yogurt containers into the refrigerator. Allow them to chill for at least 4 hours, or preferably overnight, to allow the cookies to soften and their flavors to meld with the yogurt.
