Pour 250 ml of lactose-free milk into a Ninja Creami container.

Add 1 1/2 scoops of vanilla protein powder to the milk.

Add 2 spoonfuls of yogurt to the mixture in the container.

Add a pinch of salt to the container.

Add slices of banana to the container with the other ingredients. These will be incorporated as the ice cream is processed.

Mix the ingredients thoroughly in the container using a spoon until well combined.

Place the container with the mixture into a freezer and freeze until completely solid. This typically takes at least 12-24 hours.

Once frozen solid, remove the block from the freezer.

Place the frozen block into the Ninja Creami machine and process it according to the machine's instructions to create ice cream. Use the 'Lite Ice Cream' or 'Ice Cream' function.

If the texture is not desired (e.g., too crumbly), re-spin the ice cream in the Ninja Creami using the 'Re-Spin' function until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately and enjoy your homemade protein ice cream.
