Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Lightly coat the beef back ribs with 2 teaspoons of sesame oil. Place the ribs in a roasting dish. You can cut the ribs into individual pieces if desired, or keep them whole.

In a medium bowl, combine the soy sauce, honey, oyster sauce, lime juice, grated ginger, minced garlic, black pepper, fish sauce, and a splash of water. Whisk until well combined.

Pour the prepared marinade evenly over the ribs in the roasting dish. Ensure the ribs are well coated. Cover the roasting dish tightly with aluminum foil.

Roast the ribs in the preheated oven for 3 hours, allowing them to cook low and slow until tender.

Once cooked, remove the ribs from the oven and let them rest, still covered, for 5 to 10 minutes before serving.

Garnish the ribs with sliced green onions and toasted sesame seeds before serving.
