Carefully take one ball of burrata cheese. Using a food-grade syringe or a small piping bag with a fine tip, inject approximately 25 ml of pesto into the center of the burrata ball. Repeat for all burrata balls.

On a clean surface or cutting board, lay out three slices of Parma ham, slightly overlapping them to create a larger surface.

Place one pesto-injected burrata ball onto the laid-out Parma ham. Carefully wrap the burrata ball completely and tightly with the slices of Parma ham, ensuring it is fully enclosed.

Preheat your air fryer to 190°C (375°F).

Place the ham-wrapped burrata balls into the air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded. Air-fry for 8-10 minutes, or until the Parma ham is crispy and golden, and the burrata inside is molten and cheesy.

Carefully remove the cooked burrata from the air fryer and transfer it to individual serving plates.

Serve immediately. Cut into the crispy ham and soft burrata to reveal the molten, pesto-filled center. Enjoy!
