Prepare the ingredients for the Green Juice: Wash the cucumber and slice it into rounds or chunks. Wash the celery and chop it into shorter pieces. Wash the green apples, quarter them, and then dice them into smaller chunks. Cut the lime into wedges or peel it. Ensure the spinach is clean.

Combine all prepared green juice ingredients in a large bowl. Rinse them with a bit of water if desired.

Using a centrifugal juicer, feed the green juice ingredients through the juicer. Collect the vibrant green juice in a container.

Prepare the ingredients for the Orange Juice: Wash the carrots, remove their tops, and chop them into chunks. Wash the golden and red beets, remove their tops, and cut them into quarters or chunks. Peel the lemon and cut it into wedges. Peel the mandarins and separate them into segments. For the oranges, cut off the ends, score the skin, peel, and break into segments. Roughly chop or leave whole the turmeric and ginger roots.

Combine all prepared orange juice ingredients in a separate large bowl.

Using the centrifugal juicer (you may wish to rinse it between juices), feed the orange juice ingredients through the juicer. Collect the bright orange juice in a separate container.

Pour the orange juice through a metal funnel into a clean glass bottle with a latching lid. Repeat the process for the green juice, pouring it into another identical glass bottle.

Seal both bottles and refrigerate immediately. The juices will last for approximately three days.
