In a large mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, and salt. Whisk briefly to ensure the dry ingredients are well mixed.

Add the Greek yogurt to the dry ingredients. Using a sturdy spoon or spatula, mix until a shaggy dough begins to form.

Transfer the dough to a clean, lightly floured work surface. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth, soft, and pliable. It should no longer be sticky.

Divide the dough into approximately 6 equal portions. Roll each portion into a smooth ball.

In a small bowl, prepare the garlic oil by combining 1/4 cup of olive oil with the minced garlic clove. Stir well and set aside.

Heat a heavy-bottomed pan or cast iron skillet over medium-high heat. Add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil to the hot pan, ensuring it coats the bottom.

Take one dough ball and, on a lightly floured surface, use a rolling pin to roll it out into an oval or round shape, about 1/4 inch thick.

Carefully place the rolled-out naan bread into the hot pan. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes, or until bubbles appear on the surface and the bottom is lightly golden brown.

Flip the naan bread and cook the other side for another 1 to 2 minutes, until it develops browned spots and is cooked through.

Remove the cooked naan from the pan and immediately brush generously with the prepared garlic oil. Sprinkle fresh chopped cilantro over the garlic oil.

Repeat steps 7-10 with the remaining dough balls, adding more olive oil to the pan as needed for frying each piece. Serve the naan fresh and hot.
