Take a Medjool date and carefully remove the pit. Repeat for all dates.

Gently flatten each pitted Medjool date. This can be achieved by pressing it down with the bottom of a glass bowl or by hand.

Place each flattened Medjool date onto an oat cake.

Top each date with about 1 tablespoon of nut or seed butter, spreading it evenly with a spoon.

Add a sprinkle of nuts and/or seeds on top of the nut or seed butter for each snack.

Drizzle the melted dark chocolate over the top of each snack, ensuring it covers the nuts/seeds and nut butter. Use a spoon to spread the chocolate to fully coat the snack if desired.

Place the completed snacks into a container or onto a plate lined with parchment paper.

Freeze the snacks for a few minutes, just until the dark chocolate sets.

Devour the finished snacks!
