First, cut off the top and bottom ends of the pineapple. Then, carefully cut away the outer skin. Cut the pineapple flesh into manageable chunks, making sure to include the core, as it contains beneficial enzymes.

Take 1 whole lime and cut it into quarters or smaller pieces. Ensure the peel is kept intact, as it contains therapeutic compounds.

Place the prepared pineapple chunks (including the core) and the lime pieces (with peel) into a blender.

Pour 2 cups of water into the blender. Add a generous amount of ice cubes to the blender.

Secure the lid on the blender and blend all the ingredients until the mixture is completely smooth and frothy.

Carefully pour the blended mixture through a fine-mesh sieve or strainer into a pitcher. Use a spoon or spatula to press down on the solids in the strainer to extract as much liquid as possible, discarding the remaining pulp.

Add 1 full can of full-fat coconut cream to the strained pineapple and lime liquid in the pitcher.

Using an immersion blender directly in the pitcher (or by transferring the mixture back to a regular blender), blend the liquid again until it is creamy and all ingredients are thoroughly combined.

Pour the freshly made Limonada Brasileña de Piña into glasses and serve immediately.
