Place a piece of parchment paper on a baking sheet. Unwrap the Alouette Double Crème Brie cheese and place it on a small cutting board. Slice the brie into thick "steak fry" stick shapes.

Arrange the sliced brie sticks on the parchment-lined baking sheet and freeze for 15 minutes until firm.

While the brie is freezing, prepare three separate bowls: one with 1 cup all-purpose flour, one with 1 beaten egg, and one with 1 cup panko breadcrumbs.

Take a firm brie stick and dip it completely into the flour, ensuring it is fully coated. Next, dip the floured brie stick into the beaten egg, allowing any excess egg to drip off.

Coat the egg-dipped brie stick thoroughly in the panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly so the crumbs adhere well. Repeat the coating process: dip the panko-coated brie stick back into the beaten egg, then coat the stick again in panko breadcrumbs, pressing firmly to create a double coating. Repeat this double-coating process for all brie sticks.

Prepare an air fryer by spraying the basket with cooking spray to grease it. Carefully place the breaded brie sticks into the greased air fryer basket, ensuring they are not overcrowded.

Air fry at 375°F for 8-10 minutes. Halfway through the cooking time, open the air fryer and flip the brie sticks using tongs to ensure even cooking and crispiness. Continue air frying until the brie sticks are golden and crispy.

Once cooked, remove the golden and crispy brie sticks from the air fryer. Serve immediately in a serving cone lined with parchment paper.

Pour hot honey into one small dipping cup and scoop raspberry jam into another small dipping cup, placing them alongside the brie sticks. Enjoy!
