Lightly grease a 9x13 inch baking dish with butter or cooking spray. Arrange the cubed Trader Joe's Brioche Buns evenly in the prepared dish.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, whole milk, heavy cream, granulated sugar, vanilla extract, ground cinnamon, and salt until well combined.

Pour the egg mixture evenly over the brioche cubes, making sure all the bread is saturated. Gently press down on the bread with a spatula to help it absorb the liquid.

Cover the baking dish tightly with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 6 hours, or preferably overnight (up to 12 hours). This allows the brioche to fully soak up the custard.

The next morning, preheat your oven to 375°F. Remove the French toast bake from the refrigerator and let it sit at room temperature for about 15-20 minutes while the oven preheats.

If using the optional topping: In a small bowl, combine the melted butter, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Drizzle this mixture evenly over the brioche bake.

Bake for 35-40 minutes, or until the French toast bake is golden brown and set in the center. A knife inserted into the center should come out clean.

Remove from the oven and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving. Dust with powdered sugar and serve warm with Trader Joe's Organic Maple Syrup.
