Shred the rotisserie chicken and place it into a large mixing bowl.

Add the 10.75 ounce can of cream of chicken soup to the bowl with the shredded chicken.

Add the 10.75 ounce can of cream of celery soup to the bowl.

Add the 16 ounce package of frozen mixed vegetables (peas, carrots, green beans, and corn) to the bowl.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until well combined.

Pour the chicken and vegetable mixture into a 9x13 inch baking dish, spreading it evenly.

In a separate bowl, combine the 6 ounce box of cornbread stuffing mix with 1 cup of chicken broth and 1/2 cup of melted butter. Mix these ingredients until they are well combined.

Sprinkle the prepared cornbread stuffing mixture evenly over the chicken and vegetable mixture in the baking dish.

Bake the casserole in the preheated oven at 350°F (175°C) for 30 minutes.

Once baked, let the casserole stand for 5 minutes before serving.
