In a large bowl, combine the 70g peanuts, 1 chopped red onion (100g), 1 tomato (100g), 1 slit green chilli, and a handful of fresh coriander. Set this mixture aside.

Take the full chicken breast (200g). Season it evenly with 1 teaspoon of black pepper and 1/2 teaspoon of salt.

Heat 1/2 tablespoon of ghee in a pan over medium heat.

Add the seasoned chicken breast to the hot pan. Cook for a total of 15 minutes, flipping it a few times during cooking to ensure it cooks evenly and doesn't burn.

Once the chicken is fully cooked, remove it from the pan and cut it into tiny, bite-sized pieces.

Add the tiny chicken pieces to the bowl containing the peanut and vegetable mixture.

To the bowl, add 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 2 teaspoons of chaat masala, and the juice from 1/2 a lime (10ml).

Add half a handful of fresh coriander to the mixture.

Mix all the ingredients in the bowl thoroughly until well combined.

Serve immediately and enjoy your Chicken Chakhna!
