Into a large bowl, combine the 450g extra lean ground chicken, chopped green onion (to taste, about 1/4 cup), 2 teaspoons grated ginger, 1 tablespoon garlic, 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon sesame oil, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon brown Splenda, 1 teaspoon salt, and 2 teaspoons white pepper. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until well combined.

Into a baking dish, begin layering the ingredients like a lasagna. Start with a layer of the prepared meat mixture, followed by a layer of wonton skins, and continue alternating layers of meat mixture and wonton skins until all ingredients are used or the dish is full.

Pour 1/4 cup of chicken broth evenly over the top of the assembled layers in the baking dish.

Steam the baking dish for 20-25 minutes, or until the entire dish is cooked through and the meat is no longer pink. A steamer basket or a large pot with a lid and a rack can be used.

While the lasagna is steaming, prepare the sesame oil soy sauce by combining 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil, and a pinch of chili flakes or gochugaru in a small bowl. Stir well.

Once the dumpling lasagna is cooked, carefully remove it from the steamer. Drizzle the prepared sesame oil soy sauce mixture over the top. Garnish with additional chopped green onions and sesame seeds before serving.
