Cut the chicken breasts into 1-inch cubes. In a medium bowl, season the cubed chicken with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, 1 teaspoon of black pepper, 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of paprika. Mix thoroughly to ensure the chicken is evenly coated.

Heat a large pan or Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the seasoned chicken and cook for 6-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until it is golden brown and fully cooked through. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.

Using the same pan (do not clean it), reduce the heat to medium. Add 1 tablespoon of butter, 3 minced cloves of garlic, and 1 tablespoon of grated ginger. Sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.

Pour in 4 cups of chicken broth, 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of mirin. Bring the mixture to a boil.

Reduce the heat to low. Add 2 tablespoons of miso paste and 1/2 cup of heavy cream. Whisk continuously until the miso paste is completely dissolved and the broth is creamy and well combined.

Add the 14 ounce package of ramen noodles to the pot and cook them according to the package directions, typically 3-5 minutes, stirring occasionally to prevent sticking.

Serve the creamy miso ramen immediately in large bowls. Garnish each serving with the cooked chicken, chopped green onions, a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a drizzle of chili oil, a halved soft-boiled egg, and corn.
