Preheat the oven to 425°F. Place the flatbreads on a baking sheet.
In a small bowl, mix the olive oil and minced garlic. Brush the mixture over the flatbreads evenly.
Spread 1/4 cup of tomato sauce over each flatbread, leaving a small border around the edges.
Top with slices of mozzarella cheese and sprinkle with salt and black pepper.
Bake in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
Remove from the oven and immediately top with fresh basil leaves and grated parmesan cheese.
