Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Lightly grease a baking pan or line it with parchment paper.

In a medium bowl, combine the seasoned panko bread crumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, Old Bay seasoning, Italian seasoning, black pepper, and 1/4 teaspoon of salt. Mix well to combine the dry ingredients.

Add the melted butter, olive oil, and minced garlic to the breading mixture. Stir with a fork until the breading is moist and all the seasonings are fully incorporated.

Place the salmon filets on the prepared baking pan. Spread a thin, even layer of mayonnaise over the top of each salmon filet.

Carefully press the prepared breading mixture onto the mayonnaise-covered side of each salmon filet, ensuring a thick and even crust. You can also gently dip the mayonnaise-covered side into the breading mixture to coat.

Bake the salmon in the preheated oven for 12 to 18 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and crispy, and the salmon is cooked through (internal temperature reaches 145°F). For well-done salmon, aim for closer to 15 minutes.

Once baked, remove the salmon from the oven. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over each filet and add a final pinch of salt before serving immediately.
