In a medium bowl, combine the chicken breast pieces with 2 tablespoons of soy sauce, 1 teaspoon of sesame oil, and 1 tablespoon of cornstarch. Mix well to coat the chicken and set aside to marinate.

Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the egg noodles and cook according to package directions until al dente. Drain well and set aside.

In a small bowl, whisk together the chicken broth, 1/4 cup soy sauce, oyster sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, and white pepper. Set the sauce aside.

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, or until browned and cooked through. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.

Add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil to the skillet. Add the prawns and cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until pink and opaque. Remove the prawns from the skillet and set aside.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger to the skillet and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Add the broccoli florets, red bell pepper, and julienned carrots to the skillet. Stir-fry for 3-5 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Return the cooked chicken and prawns to the skillet with the vegetables. Add the cooked noodles and pour the prepared sauce over everything. Toss gently to combine and heat through for 1-2 minutes.

Serve immediately, garnished with sliced green onions.
