Add the chicken breasts, 1 cup of chicken broth, Italian dressing seasoning, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper to the Crockpot.

Cover and cook on LOW for 4 to 6 hours, or until the chicken is easily shredded. Once cooked, remove the chicken from the Crockpot and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded chicken to the Crockpot.

Stir in the dry orzo and the remaining 2 cups of chicken broth. Increase the Crockpot temperature to HIGH and cook for 20 to 30 minutes, stirring halfway through, until the orzo is tender.

Once the orzo is tender, stir in the softened cream cheese, grated Parmesan cheese, heavy cream, and broccoli florets.

Cover the Crockpot again and cook for another 10 to 15 minutes on HIGH, or until the mixture is creamy and the broccoli is tender-crisp. Serve directly from the Crockpot.
